This would be a 5 star review if it weren't for the "joke" on the wall, 'Please be careful on the roads, lots of people are drinking and letting their wives drive'. It's a bit average to trivialise road trauma when we have just seen the largest death toll on Victorian roads in years. If this is removed, it's a 5 star from me. Sausage rolls were amazing though!

The sausage roll for $5 dollars is the best thing on the menu by far! Crispy with a balanced filling flavor. Worth it if you have time. Pies were good but not in my top 5. Service is very slow. Seeing empty tables with a long queue doesn't feel right. 15 min coffee wait means they are losing sales. The staff are not good at keeping the items stocked they were all out of spinach and ricotta rolls when I finally got to the front of the queue.

This Christmas I have been rating mince pies from different eateries around Melbourne. Red Hill's mince pies are close to the top - the right balance between crust and mince, and the latter had a lovely texture. On the strength of enjoying one with my coffee, I decided to buy the pack of six. Well worth the money!!!

Great dine-in/take away bakery. Plenty to choose from and great food. I had the bbq pizza and the vanilla slice. Both were amazing.

This bakery was packed. The service seems like you get hurried and not very personal. I understand today was busy, but you feel under pressure to hurry and place your order. The pie pastry was amazing, the filling seemed very sweet. The Apple Scroll was a bit burnt on the bottom and extremely sweet. I would try something else next time.

Find a better salad roll!! You won't! Most delicious bread and cheese/salad rolls. Vegan options and always open to making something on request. Friendly staff and the wine/fruit bread is so good. So is the artichoke dip. They have mini hot cross bun things year round for free with your coffee.

Had good hopes from the looks of what was on offer but things fell a bit short. Fries crunchy but they were the ends of the batch, the quiche (forgot its proper name) had a bottom which needed a bit more baking. Salad roll was great though. Took take away cakes. Lemon slice was great, the fruit thingy was ok to good. The Dutch apple thingy was ok only. Not much apple flavour.
